how often should i wash my face???
I get so many questions on this! The answer, like with anything, is varied and requires experimentation on what works best for you. We all are so different that I shy away from many hard and fast rules.
If you notice your skin feeling tight, dry, flaky, or notice irritation breakouts when you cleanse twice a day, pull back to a PM only. Another option is to use a cleansing pad after a workout and follow with your regular AM routine if you don’t feel good with a full cleanse. I love the Refine - cleansing pads from @colorupcbd!
